The busy area of Baner has a lot of cafes and dessert bars that cater to the customer’s sweet tooth and also serve non-vegetarian food. Minus Eighteen Degrees offers a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas, coffees and desserts. But it is a vegetarian bistro that must compete with other cafes in the area that serve meat as well.

Solution

Revealing the brand to a huge audience through the Facebook page resulted in increased brand awareness and helped in directing traffic towards business. New products and services were talked about extensively through social media platforms. Use of Twitter for one to one conversations with customers focused on personal interaction to build good customer relationships. We used High quality photographs on Instagram to attract audiences.
